This course focuses exclusively on rune casting, a method rooted in early historical accounts and refined through years of practical application. Rather than spreads or predefined layouts, you will learn to interpret the natural patterns formed when the runes are cast.
I’ve got an announcement to make.
Over the past decade, I’ve spent a significant amount of time studying, working with, and reading the Elder Futhark runes. Through that process, I’ve developed a method of reading them that is rooted in casting, allowing the runes to fall and interpreting the patterns that emerge.
This is not a system of spreads.
This is not about memorizing keywords and applying them mechanically.
This is about learning how to actually read what’s in front of you.
Because of the results I’ve seen, both personally and through readings for others, I’ve decided it’s time to formally teach this method.
So, I’m opening enrollment for a 9-month course focused entirely on Elder Futhark rune casting.
This will be a structured, cohort-based course.
One Zoom class per month. Each class will run approximately 90 minutes.
Over those nine months, you’ll learn:
- The foundational understanding of the 24 Elder Futhark runes
- How meaning shifts based on context and relationship
- How to interpret castings as patterns, not isolated symbols
- And how to perform full, grounded readings using this method
This course is not passive.
You will be expected to practice consistently between sessions.
The goal here is not just to give you information:
it’s to build a real, usable skill.
The total cost for the full 9-month course is $300.00.
The first class will begin on June 6th 2026 @ 7pm Central Time.
Spots will be limited. I want to keep the group focused and manageable so that the quality of the experience stays high.

The Living Futhark Rune Casting Apprenticeship
This is not a course in memorization.

This is an apprenticeship in learning how to read the runes as they fall.
Rooted in the earliest historical account we have, and refined through years of real-world practice, this method centers on casting—the act of allowing the runes to reveal pattern, tension, and direction through their natural placement.
You will not be taught what to think about each rune in isolation.
You will be trained to see how meaning emerges through relationship... how the runes speak in combination, in movement, and in context.
This is not about prediction.
It is about perception.
Over the course of nine months, you will develop the ability to interpret castings with clarity, discipline, and confidence; grounded not in guesswork, but in a method that has been tested through consistent application.
This work requires commitment.
It requires practice.
And it requires a willingness to move beyond surface-level understanding into something deeper.

The total cost of this nine month long course is $300.00 USD. Payment must be submitted in full at time of enrollment. The first course starts on June 6th 2026 over Zoom , and will repeat as such on the first Saturday of each month. Enrollment is opened now through June 1st. Jesse is a practicing Germanic Heathen located in Murfreesboro, TN. He has been on his Heathen journey for over a decade, and has devoted the last nearly ten years to studying the Runes.
